📍 Hourly Rate: £32/hour on a project or retainer basis.
Retaining ensures your dedicated hours are set aside for you monthly, as we work with multiple clients.
📍 Minimum Retainer: 10 hours per month

📍 Payment Terms:
✔ Retained hours are invoiced in advance for the month they cover. Work begins once payment is received via bank transfer (details provided on the invoice).
✔ The first calendar month is a trial period for both parties, invoiced 50% after 14 days and 50% at the end of the trial with a 7-day payment term.
✔ Extra Work: Any additional work beyond the agreed scope is charged at the standard hourly rate (£32/hour).
✔ Notice Period: A 1-month notice period applies to both parties. For clients retaining more than 10 hours per week, the notice period extends to 2 months. This ensures sufficient time to replace the income and maintain business viability, while continuing to provide a high level of service during the transition.
✔ Important: Unused time does not roll over to the next month.
